AlticaSoft LLC may but is not obliged to republish queries and answers which may be associated with geographic location information provided directly or indirectly by You. Republished queries are anonymous, and solely include content owned or licensed by AlticaSoft LLC and a generalized location associated with the query which does not identify any individual.
AlticaSoft LLC does not share Personal Information with other companies or individuals outside AlticaSoft LLC except in the following limited circumstances:
AlticaSoft LLC does not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information through the App or the Services from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the App or the Services is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the App or the Services at any time or in any manner. If AlticaSoft LLC learns that Personal Information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected through the App or the Services without verified parental consent, then AlticaSoft LLC will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

Information indicated in AlticaSoft LLC’s logs may be presented to a Guide in order to improve the quality of the Services. Personal Information is not provided to a Guide except that for some queries, location information may be associated with the query and may be provided to a Guide for the purposes of providing or improving the service.
The App and the Services may contain windows or hyperlinks which provide access to websites not affiliated with AlticaSoft LLC. Your use of an external website or any informational content found on an external website is subject to and governed by the terms and guidelines of said external website. AlticaSoft LLC does not make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not in any way liable for, any informational content, products, services, software, or other materials available on an external website. AlticaSoft LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external website. For your protection, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective external websites.
AlticaSoft LLC stores and processes information in the United States of America. The data protection and privacy laws the United States may not be as protective as those in other countries, including, in particular, those in the European Union. By use of the App and the Services, you expressly consent to the transfer of any information you provide to AlticaSoft LLC for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
To improve data security and restrict access to your personal and business information, AlticaSoft LLC has put in place certain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information AlticaSoft LLC collects via the Site.
